Are there any restrictions on FIEVC equity transfer?

Yes. No transfer of its shares in Chinese enterprises can be made until 100% of the registered capital of the FIEV has been paid within 3 years of the business license being issued. Transfers are subject to procedures and approvals of MOFTEC, SAIC and MOST.
