The increase in connectivity and media penetration produces many other opportunities. Credit networks and billing systems are made exponentially more practical in networked environment in which consumers and families use their mobile phones to buy goods and services, organize their utility payments through their set top box and so on. The networked environment allows a society to quite literally leapfrog and then outpace historically more developed countries.
