Does China have the infrastructure for mass Connectivity?
Most of the basic infrastructure in China is already in place. China's cable television industry is one of the world's most extensive and impressive. However, foreign independent investment in the production of media services, the development of media related technologies, and the build out of new media-delivery systems, such as satellite, fiber, and digital terrestrial broad casting, would contribute enormously to the effective deployment of new and affordable media and communications products to Chinese families across the nation.
