Foreign trade enterprises and production enterprises will now have to provide all necessary information and consider certain issues required in the ‘Notice’ when completing the “Foreign Trade Enterprise Export Tax Refund Form” and “Production Enterprise Export Tax Exemption, Reduction and Refund Form”

Export enterprises will have to ensure that the product codes, product names, export volume and export value in the “Export Tax Refund Declaration Form for the Products Agreed in the Contract Filed with the Authorities” are consistent with those in the original filed copy.

The ‘Notice’ also requires production and foreign trade enterprises as well as local taxation authorities to properly use the newly added and modified functions in the upgraded tax refund declaration and assessment systems.
