1.  What are these audio-video products?

These products include recorded audio tapes, video tapes, gramophone records, compact discs and laser discs.

2.  What are the e-publications are referred to in the bulletin?

 Relevant e-publications include mass media that expresses ideas or knowledge and that are available in a digitally encoded format by editing textual information such as pictures, audio and video documents and restoring such in a physical media such as magnetism, light and electrons, and read by electronic means such as computers and similar equipment

3. What is the import VAT rate now?

It has been reduced from 17% to 13%.
