EJVs, CJVs, WFOEs in the form of a limited liability company and foreign invested companies limited by shares can all apply under the regulations. However, it must be noted that holding companies are not included. The investments that the above mentioned companies can apply for, can include establishing new companies or acquisition of other companies.
