Who is qualified to apply for a trademark?

According to Article 2 of the Implementing Regulations under the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, an applicant for the registration of a trademark shall be such: an enterprise, an institution, a social organization, an individual, an individual industrial or commercial household or an individual partnership as legally established, or a foreigner enterprise or foreign individual.
