The existence of the three competing domain name registrars mentioned above contributes to the confusion surrounding CCDN registration. Each registrar competes to administer a stand-alone regime over more or less the same subject matter but they are unable to guarantee global exclusive registered ownership of your CCDN. Thus, the same CCDN may be registered with different registrars by different entities, because the different registrars simply offer domain names on a first-come, first-served basis, without prior consultation with, or compatible cross referencing to, one another. For example, the fact that A has registered Ê·¤·ÎÄÉ”¤ .com with i-DNS only does not necessarily inhibit B, who may be a competitor or a cyber-squatter, from registering the same CCDN with CINIC.
