Shanghai investigates and handles the following counterfeiting patent infringement acts in accordance with the "Patent Law", "The Patent Implementing Regulations", and the Provisional Regulations for Investigating and handling Counterfeiting Patent Acts by the Patent Administrative Authorities:
(i)Printing, fabricating or using forged patent letters, application numbers, patent numbers or other patent markings;
(ii)Printing, fabricating or using application numbers or other patent markings of patent applications which have been rejected, withdrawn or deemed withdrawn;
(iii)Printing, fabricating or using patent letters, patent numbers or other patent markings of the patents which have been cancelled or held invalid or have expired.
