According to these provisions a written application may be filed with the court that has jurisdiction in patent infringement matters. Contents, extent and causes of the application must be stated. More specifically, the causes for application shall include a statement that irreparable damage will be caused to the rights and interests of the legitimate patentee if the act in question is not stopped. The application must also be accompanied by documents that prove the validity of the applicant's patent rights, such as the patent certificate, claims description and receipt of payment of the annual patent fee.
