Do I have a chance to amend my application of invention to meet the requirements for the granting of a patent right?

Yes. Where the examiner in the SIPO finds that the application does not conform with the provisions of this Law, he will notify the applicant and request the applicant to submit, within a specified time limit, his or its observations or to amend the application. After this, if the application does still not conform with the provisions of the Law, the application will be rejected. Otherwise, it will be granted.
