AmCham Shanghai to Co-Host Auto Forum in Ningbo with MOFCOM

AmCham Shanghai and the Ministry of Commerce will hold The China Auto Forum: Driving Success in the China Automotive Market in Ningbo, Zhejiang on August 18 and 19, according to Lehman, Lee & Xu, a longtime member of AmCham Shanghai.

 

Conference participants will be transported from Shanghai to Ningbo and will enjoy a dinner reception hosted by MOFCOM with the Mayor of Ningbo. The next morning will start with a policy update followed by panels on industry growth, OEM procurement, new technologies and a keynote on westward expansion of the automotive industry. Speakers are confirmed from companies like BYD, Delphi, Geely and General Motors.

 

“This forum will serve as a platform for domestic Chinese and international OEMs, suppliers and government policy makers to capture opportunities in the fast-growing Chinese auto industry” said Scott Garner, Manager of Lehman, Lee & Xu Shanghai Office.
